Description:  Flake # 693.  First edition issue in double-column pages, chapter headings, chronological data, revised footnote references, pronouncing vocabulary and an index.  Some issues have "cannot" on page 298 spelled "connot."  This one does not.  Revised by James E. Talmage.  It is the same as the 1918 ed., with the exceptions noted.

Binding:  Black cloth w/embossing and gold gilt on spine and cover.

Size:  12mo 6 3/4" to 7 3/4" tall

Book Condition:  Good.  Slightly skewed, top edge of front cover has some indentations.  Corners bumped, but not worn.  Spine slightly faded. Former owner's signature inside front cover.  Formerly glued in piece missing front inside front cover.  Hinge repaired with adhesive tape on back side of title page.  Some markings, notations, and underlining in book.  Pages are otherwise clean, fully intact, and complete.

Jacket Condition:  No dj.
