Book Condition:  Fair - Good. Front and back hinges loose, but covers in tact.  Front cover has some spots on front cover.  Corners bumped and edge wear on bottom.  Spine torn at upper right corner: 3/4".  Spine torn bottom left corner: 2".  A few small pencil notations at various locations.  Pages yellowing with age, but otherwise clean.
